Enocofi srls is an oenological consultancy and services company for wineries that was born at the beginning of 2021, in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, from the will of Filippo Mazzorana and Costanza Cuccuini. They wanted to create a “family” business with the purpose of providing wine producers with a full consultancy service ranging from agronomic and oenological advisory to laboratory analyses and promotional services for the products of various farms.
Filippo is a “young” winemaker, yet with twenty years of experience in the wine sector behind him. He’s a profound connoisseur of vines and their fruits, he created his cultural and professional background starting from working in the vineyard and then moving on to that of the cellar and finally, after university studies, to becoming an oenologist.
Costanza, a pharmacist with a passion for chemistry, decided to dedicate her analytical knowledge in the analysis of wines and musts within Enocofi, in order to complete and support the oenological consultancy provided by this family business.
